What age range are the sleepover parties suitable for?

We recommend for both girls and boys from the age of 5 to 12 years old. We do not recommend any of our services or products for children under 36 months.

What do the children sleep on?

We provide comfy single flocked air mattresses that are approx 20cms in thickness.

What’s included in the hire price?

1 nights hire. Each child will have a handcrafted “A” frame tent, comfy flocked air mattress with fitted sheet, anti allergy pillow and pillow case, lightweight blanket , themed decorative cushions, tray table (space dependant), LED lantern or nightlight, battery operated fairly lights.

Each theme has various styling pieces such as garlands & bunting.

Accessories vary per theme and set up. *All tents and accessories are hire items only*

How long would I have use of the hire package for?

Hire will be a maximum of 24 hours and will vary depending on availability of delivery and collection times. Our set up times are usually between 12 midday and 2pm so they are ready for when your guests arrive and we will return to pack everything away and remove all items before midday the following day.

Can I hire the tents for longer?

You can add an additional night (subject to availability), ask for details.

How much space is needed?

Your spacing requirement will depend on your party size. Our air mattresses and frames measure approximately 185cm long by 100cm wide. The A-frame tents sit around the width of the mattress. The tray table is an additional 56cm x 36cm which we usually placed at the end of the bed but can be put elsewhere if space is limited. You need to consider the area around the tents so that children have space to move around.

To avoid disappointment, please ensure that you have double checked the space you have available for the number of tents required. Please contact us if you are unsure.

Do you move furniture?

No unfortunately we cannot move your furniture. We request that the area (sufficient for your party size) is cleared prior to our arrival so that we can go ahead and start setting up ready for your sleepover.

How long does a party take to set-up?

Approx 1-2 hours dependant on party size, ease of access and room space.

What is the maximum number you can cater for?

It depends on the space you have but we recommend a maximum of 8.

What areas do you cover?

We offer free delivery within a 10 miles radius of HP10. An additional charge of 90 pence per mile will be charged for parties outside of our free delivery zone.

How do you clean the tents?

All of our mattresses and bedding is washed thoroughly after each use to ensure they are ready for our next group of sleepover guests and in tip top condition. This includes tray tables and other accessories.

What is your booking procedure?

You can complete our online Booking Request Form and we will contact you to confirm/discuss your party requirements. Alternatively, you can contact us via telephone, Facebook, Instagram or via email.

How can I make payment?

We accept payments through a bank transfer. Details will be provided on your invoice.

Do you take a security deposit?

Yes. To secure your booking we will require a security deposit which is 50% of the hire price.

This has to be paid within 3 days of receiving our invoice. Once payment has been received we can secure the date for you. Receipt of your deposit is confirmation that you have accepted our Terms and Conditions which can be found below.

When does the full balance need to be paid?

The full balance of the party should be paid 14 days prior to the party date. Any parties booked within 7 days of the party date will require the security deposit plus immediate full payment.

When do I need to pay for additional extras that I purchase?

Any personalised add-ons that you purchase will require immediate full payment.

When do I get my security deposit back?

The security deposit will be refunded to you within 3-5 days after the party once the equipment and accessories have been collected and inspected.

Can the tents be used outside?

Sadly no. Our gorgeous tent fabrics are not waterproof and are only for indoor use.

Can the children eat or drink in the tents?

To avoid accidents we ask that food and drink are not to be consumed inside the tents.

Only light snacks may be eaten outside of the tents, such as popcorn for example and light coloured beverages such as lemonade or water.

For the purposes of maintaining the highest quality of our cushions, linens and fabrics, we kindly ask no juices or cola products, no chewing gum, food items that are greasy or messy or containing tomatoes, tomato sauces or coloured jellies etc be eaten near the fabrics, bedding or cushions as they can stain and make cleaning a challenge. As per our terms and conditions, the hirer will be charged for stains that cannot be removed.

We also ask that if children are wearing nail varnish that it be completely dry and any makeup or face paints be removed before getting into bed.

What happens if there is damage to one of the tents or accessories?

Don’t worry we do understand accidents can happen which is why we ask for a security deposit which is refundable after the event.

In the event something is broken, damaged, stained or missing we will contact you to discuss.

We kindly ask that no pets, no make-up, nail varnish, pens, markers or sharp objects be used near the fabrics, cushions, linens and mattresses.

What happens if I need to cancel?

We understand that things don’t always go to plan and there may be a need for you to change the date or even cancel your booking.

If this happens please let us know as soon as you can and we will see what we can do to help.

Unfortunately, the security deposit is non-refundable if you cancel. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for our full cancellation policy.

Are you insured?

Yes. We have public liability insurance. Certificate is available upon request.

Are you DBS checked?

Yes we are DBS checked.
